On 16 November 2025, on the occasion of Frantoi Aperti in Umbria 2025, the Evo & Art Experiencein Umbria 2025 | The Moraiolo Tour in Umbria Colli Assisi – Spoleto with a particular focus on the sites of the UNESCO World Heritage Site “The Lombards in Italy: Places of Power” (568-774 AD) and Perugino.
An experience focused on understanding the ancient and fascinating culture of extra virgin olive oil in Umbria and its art; an itinerary, built around the interpretations of extra virgin olive oil and art, which leads to the discovery of Umbria’s landscape and historical-artistic values, closely linked to the region’s unique food and wine products.
Program for November 16, 2025
- 10:00 am departure from Spoleto train station
- Visit to the Basilica of San Salvatore, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, in Spoleto
- Visit to the Temple of Clitunno, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, in Campello sul Clitunno
- Visit to the Church of Santa Maria delle Lacrime in Trevi
- Walk along the Roman Aqueduct Trail of Trevi
- Visit with tasting at some olive oil mills in the Assisi-Spoleto Hills
- 4:30 pm return to Spoleto
