The itinerary is designed in the southern part of Umbria between Spoleto, Massa Martana and the Valnerina, an easy itinerary, suitable for all those who want to enjoy a day immersed in nature. An evocative itinerary that combines some of the most important tourist places in Umbria with outdoor activities immersed in the greenery of the Green Heart of Italy.

An ideal holiday for those who want to cycle with friends or family in total freedom, without the constraint of fixed dates or the pre-established rhythms of guided tours, but in any case, with the necessary information to enjoy the holiday in total tranquillity.

Day 1

Independent arrival in Umbria in the early afternoon.

You move independently to Sant’Anatolia di Narco for a walk in the small village and to admire a true excellence: the Hemp Museum.

Return to the structure for dinner and overnight

Day 2

After breakfast, you can independently reach our partner for the delivery of the rental bikes.

The day by bike is spread over various itineraries that will be created together also on the basis of experience and level of training, on routes with low and very low traffic intensity.

Free lunch

In the afternoon entrance to the Marmore Falls

Return to the meeting point in the morning to collect the vehicle and return the bikes.

Dinner and overnight in the structure.

Day 3

After breakfast, before leaving for your destination, you will feel a real strong emotion at Umbria Verde, in the centre of Umbria, an important clay pigeon shooting complex including 6 fields for all Olympic and non-Olympic disciplines, equipped with best machinery. It is the training centre for the national team and the venue for many national and international competitions. We offer an educational shooting experience for all ages

The price per person in a double room includes:
