The hotel treatments can be bed and breakfast or half board. Half board includes dinner with a three-course menu and mineral water. The dinners can be consumed at the times established by the accommodation facilities distributed in two shifts, for which the participants will be invited to express their preference at the time of booking.

HOW TO BOOK THE ROOM

• UmbriaSì has reserved a number of rooms in all the structures listed.

• Payment will be made upon confirmation by each participant directly to UmbriaSì, which will issue the contract and voucher to be presented at the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

From the time of booking confirmation, any cancellations will be subject to penalties as follows:

• from the moment of confirmation to 30 days before arrival, 50% penalty on the booking amount;
• from 29 to 8 days before arrival, 70% penalty on the booking amount;
• from 7 to 0 days before arrival, 100% penalty for each cancellation.

It is possible to take out a policy to avoid cancellation penalties for which you can ask us for a quote at the time of booking.
