Ours is a story of cooking and family, of love for a profession, that of a chef, of which we have breathed the essence and the scent since we were children in the alleys of our beloved Gubbio.
We are Giacomo and Veronica, we are brother and sister. But above all we are the narrators of a story that speaks of good food, conviviality and good wine. This is Officina dei Sapori, a contemporary restaurant in Umbria, where one of the youngest brigades in the area entertains and has fun, translating the classic recipes of our past into a modern language.

    The Park Hotel ai Cappuccini is a 17th century monastery, expertly expanded and restored, just a stone’s throw from the historic center of Gubbio. It combines, in a happy and balanced integration, ancient environments and new comforts. The interiors boast large meeting and social spaces, relaxing places for conversation heated by fireplaces and embellished with tapestries, frescoes and period paintings, among which a canvas by Sartorio stands out together with contemporary works of art by great Italian artists: Capogrossi, Pomodoro.

    The wellness center, recently completely renovated, is available to guests with suggestive spaces dedicated to body care and sport. Furthermore, the collaboration with Marc Mességué guarantees stays dedicated to remise en forme based on a revolutionary, yet very ancient, philosophy of wellness, in which the research and use of herbs and healthy eating are integrated with medicine, physiotherapy and aesthetics. Finally, the cuisine is able to delight even the most refined palates with delicious local specialties, among which the dishes based on truffles and local products interpreted with creativity and talent stand out.

        Passion for the land, for the olive tree and for oil come together in Brecce Rosse, the oil mill founded in Gubbio in 2017 by two people who were chasing a dream. Our company tells the story of Ulisse Agostinucci, an oil master with over 25 years of experience behind him and of my grandfather, Nazzareno Rogari, a father with a great entrepreneurial spirit and driven by a love for things well done.

        Thanks to their commitment, Brecce Rosse has become a solid reality in the world of oil production. The name Brecce Rosse is inspired by the particular formation of our land which, in the area between 500 and 750 meters above sea level, between Mocaiana and San Marco di Gubbio, is characterized by red, gravelly and calcareous soils, particularly suited to olive growing, also by virtue of their excellent exposure to the sun.
